“Create a Lucrative Product in Just 5 Easy Steps”

Follow these steps to create a highly marketable and lucrative product for your Internet business:

Step #1: Research your market. Find out where your market is and go there.
Resource #1 for Marketing related products go to the website: http://www. gettingtraffic.com

Resource #2: For all niches, go to http://www.groups.google.com. You can find the newsgroups that relate to your niche. You would be amazed at how many online Google discussion groups are in your niche. These discussions forums are ripe ground for finding and researching your market.

You can create a product based on the problems presented in these news groups. For example, you can go into a nursing forum and identify problems. Then you can write an eBook called the “Nursing Survival Guide”.

Listen to your customer. Ask them what problems they have. Survey them as to what they look for in a product and what they are willing to pay. The key is to not guess what your customers want because you don’t know for sure. You need to hear it from their mouths to ensure that you create the right product.

Step #2: Get affiliates to market your product for you. The more affiliates you have working for you, the less you have to do. You can make huge amounts of cash using affiliates.

Step #3: Define your solution. Outline it and write it down.

Step #4: Define your budget. How much are you willing to spend? You don’t have to spend a lot of money.

Step #5: Following are great resources to use.
Outsourcing:

Software Creation:
http://www.scriptlance.com
http://www.rentacoder.com
http://www.elance.com

Consulting:
http://www.keen.com. You can become an instant consultant overnight and charge people to call you.

All of these websites are a reverse auction. The bidders are freelancers so they bid the lowest price so they can get the project you post. Plus, you can post your budget. You can set a maximum price that you will accept. It is up to you. In addition, you will have freelancers bid on your projects immediately. So it is a very quick way to find someone to outsource your jobs to.

Are you nervous about hiring a freelancer? On these websites you can read the feedback about the freelance provider. This will help you determine whether or not you want to hire them for the project.

Tip: Never take the first bid. Make sure you evaluate several bid options before you make a decision.

Tip: Make sure the bidder has done a similar project before. You need to know that they understand how to make your product through experience. You don’t want to be their guinea pig.

Tip: Post to more than one freelance website. You may find the same quality of people, but at a lower cost.

Tip: Have a definite date of completion for your product. Make sure the freelancer knows this date and will stick to it, no excuses.

Tip: The first line of your project posting should be “This is a very simple project for anybody that knows what they are doing.” This helps you to get a lower bid.
