“Joint Ventures are powerful, but have you tried this…?”

Joint ventures are extremely helpful for an Internet business. Joint ventures enable you to cull your resources with one or more partners. They can be powerful, but are not always the best option. Why? It’s simple - You don’t have a 100% guarantee that what you agree on will be accomplished.

So the question that was asked of top Internet marketing gurus was – “If you could use one strategy to drive a bunch of traffic to your website, assuming you already have good conversion, what would it be?” Joint ventures are quick way to make this happen. However, joint ventures have drawbacks. Sometimes your joint venture partner is unreliable. For example, you may depend on your joint venture partner to send out an email and they don’t. This affects your bottom line negatively.

An alternative option to a joint venture is to buy a solo advertisement. This is a quick way to drive traffic to your website. You can also buy advertising in newsletters. There are newsletters and places on the Internet in your niche that will send out emails for you if you pay them to. These newsletters have a subscriber database of thousands of people that are interested in your niche topic. You can pay them to send out the email for you to their list.

Essentially, you write the email and pay the newsletter to send it out for you. This is a great way to ensure that your email goes to targeted subscribers. You provide copy for the email and they will send out the email on the date you specify. You can guarantee that your email will be sent out because you pay for it. Whereas, in a joint venture you don’t have this security because some joint venture partners won’t do exactly what they said they will.

Sometimes newsletters won’t send out a solo advertisement email for you. Instead, they will let you pay for a “Sponsor Link”. This is a little advertisement and link to your website. Make sure that your Sponsor Link is at the top of their page. Make sure to be in at least the top four or five links. Any other placement and your sponsor link may get lost in the sea of links.

Take action and create solo advertisements right now. They are well worth the time and cost.
