“Do you go to the Internet Millionaires’ Gym?”

People form habits and habits form futures. For example, did you know that your top five financial habits can predict your financial future? Yes, it's true. Take a look at what you do financially and you will see its ripple effects in your financial situation.

In life you are consistent or nonexistent. Internet millionaires stick to their business no matter what obstacles or successes come their way. Think about how people join a gym, work out consistently for two months, and then never go to the gym again. Internet millionaires' workout at their "gym" consistently and never stop, unless they retire.

One of the biggest differences between successful and unsuccessful people is that successful people do things they dislike. They are willing to take the time to tackle tasks that they don't really want to do, but know they have to in order to take their business to the next level. You can stretch yourself by doing one thing each day that you don't want to do. Pick something that you don't like to do, but it would move your life and business forward. If you accomplish these undesirable tasks then you can enjoy the reward of a successful Internet business.

Your Internet business will never outgrow you. Your business growth is dependent upon your effort. You have to make a commitment to yourself and your business if you want to ramp up your business victory.

You have to overcome procrastination. The number one way to overcome procrastination is to take action. You can't have procrastination and action at the same time. You have to take action and do things that you don't want to do, but know that you have to accomplish these tasks in order to build your Internet business and earn more money.

You also have to push yourself to do things that you are uncomfortable with. For example, you may have a huge fear of public speaking so you avoid standing up in front of a crowd. However, your rational business mind knows that you could triple your income by participating in public speaking events.

Therefore, you have push yourself and get out there. You will most likely be extremely nervous, but the good news it that usually the first time you do something is the hardest. Once you have spoken in public then you can gain confidence. This will diminish your resistance against public speaking and help you grow your business.

Matt Bacak

“3 Reasons why you aren’t living your dream.”

What are the 3 biggest problems in going forward with your dreams, goals, and desires? Let’s look at numbers first. Did you know that 97% of the world isn’t where they want to be in life? There are several reasons why this is the case. Let’s look at three reasons.

Reason #1: People want things to be perfect. Things don’t have to be perfect. Instead, you should strive to simply get your business going. If you try to be perfect then you will delay your business success. You can’t wait until things are all perfectly in place because they never will be!

Look at your own Internet business. What aspects have you been dragging your feet about because you want them to be perfect? Have you spent countless weeks or even months tweaking your website? Have you been indecisive about which marketing products to buy? List what you have been indecisive about and find out if it is because you are looking for the perfect solution. Don’t focus on a perfect solution. Instead focus on choices that can get your Internet business started right now.

Reason #2: People have too large of goals. Have you jumped into the Internet business world because of the millions you could earn? The answer is of course. Seeing Internet entrepreneurs make millions of dollars is very tempting. However, you will shoot yourself in the foot if you focus on making millions right from the get go.

Instead, you need to create an action plan that helps you achieve smaller goals. Focus on making your first dollar and then increase the size of your goals accordingly. This goal structure will increase your chances for success. Remember, Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither was the Internet business of Internet millionaires.

Reason #3: People don’t celebrate their small victories. You need be your own cheerleader. Avoid people that are negative. Surround yourself with people that will cheer your efforts no matter how large or small.

Every level of income demands a different “you”. Every single different level of income requires a different type of person. The person can always be you, but your mindset and actions have to match your level of income. For example, think about who you need to be around in order earn $200,000 or $1,000,0000. What tasks should you engage in? What confidence level do you need?

“Do you know the secret aspect of success?”

99% of the time Internet entrepreneurs focus on the business tasks of their Internet business. For example, they focus on setting up their website and marketing. They spend hours discussing search engine optimization techniques. They ponder which seminars and teleseminars to attend. They seek out joint venture partners. They create products. They test and tweak their website. They follow their business numbers.

While all of these business duties are necessary they don’t take into account one very important aspect. They neglect the most powerful part of their Internet business. What is it? The answer is their mindset. People need to have a mindset that sets them up for success and thwarts any failures they experience. Your mindset is at the heart of your success or failure. All of your business duties are affected by your mindset whether you realize it or not.

How can you have the right mindset? To be successful, accomplish your goals, and achieve your dreams you need to believe the following:

Greatness always starts by saying “yes” to an opportunity.

Amazing things can happen if you are open to new experiences.

Passion ignites excellence.

Your dream is never over until you quit.

There is something inside of you that says you have greatness inside of you and that you should release it to the world.

Nothing great has ever been achieved without stretching yourself. Don’t be idle and stay in your comfort zone. If you want to experience new levels of success you have to step out of your comfort zone.

When you start saying “yes” to life more things will start happening for you.

If the dream is big enough the facts don’t count. In other words, if you are passionate about achieving your dreams, goals, and desires you will continue to work at achieving your dream no matter what happens. Obstacles will not stop you. They may just be a minor speed bump and you will overcome them by doing whatever it takes.

Do you have the right mindset? Be honest.

“Leverage your products to earn more money”

Do you write articles promoting your products? It is important to use your articles in magazines, books, CDs, etc. for leverage and not as an advertisement. Think about it this way. Are you selling a book? Selling a book piece meal is a lousy and inefficient way to make money. Trying to sell your book one at a time for $16.95is time consuming and won't make you much money.

Instead of selling your books or products one by one, you can use your book as leverage. You can use your book to promote a higher ticket item such as a boot camp. You can offer your book as a free incentive to attend your boot camp. You can offer your book as a way to reel in new customers by giving them valuable information.

You know that content is king, but there is more to this story. You have to have dynamite content, but the content presentation is also crucial. Everybody has knowledge and content inside of them, but not everybody presents this gold mine of information in an effective manner. If you want to be the crème of the crop then you need to put forth effort and present the content in the best format and quality possible.

For example, make sure that the writing is easy to understand. Edit your content so that it looks and sounds professional. Don't simply scrap together content quickly for the sake of having content. Take time to craft quality articles that are presented in a top notch manner. Why is this so important? Customers will perceive your value based on the presentation of the content.

The good news is that you can outsource your writing skills to ghostwriters and editors. You may be a brilliant speaker and run a business like a well oiled machine. However, your writing skills are lacking. Therefore, it is in your best interest to outsource your writing to a person skilled in this area.

If you do work with a ghostwriter, how can you give them the information you want included in the article, book, etc. that you are creating? You can record your information into audio files. This can be accomplished by simply speaking your thoughts into a microphone. Give these audio files to a ghostwriter and have them transcribe it. They can then craft the transcription into a readable format. Make sure that they incorporate their writing flair, but keep the main points of your content in tact.

“4 strategies to help you crush your competition”

Another strategy that will make you stand out from the crowd is to ensure that you work in both the online and offline arenas. Yes, you have an Internet business that runs online, but you also need to work offline. Gain recognition, credibility, and satisfied customers by grabbing them online and then follow up with them offline.

Another strategy is to provide quality content. Content is king. Providing great content will benefit you many times over. People who reader your content will be impressed if you give them valuable information. They will feel more connected to you. People that know you, like you, and trust you will turn into paying customers. Strive to provide high quality content on a consistent basis.

Another stand out strategy is to understand and engage in the success by association strategy. It is crucial to hang around people that are successful and have already achieved recognition. Think about Dr. Phil. Before his own television show he was on Oprah. Knowing Oprah and receiving her endorsement sent his career into overdrive. If Dr. Phil hadn't known Oprah do you think that his career would have gone into the stratosphere like it did? Probably not.

Success by association is so powerful. If you have the endorsement of a celebrity that is in the form of some type of media then the public will instantly believe you. For example, Oprah can set new authors on the spaceship to victory by promoting their book in her book club.

Yet another strategy is to focus on acceptable forms of media in your marketing efforts. All forms of media are not equal. There are acceptable forms of media such as magazines and books. These types of media have been around for hundreds of years. If you build your business through these media outlets then you are on the fast track.

An ezine, on the other hand, is not generally accepted by the public as a legitimate form of media. Why? Many people don't even know what an ezine is. This unfamiliarity breeds a less successful publicity attempt. People also still like to hold a book and magazine in their hands. People still perceive a hard copy media as more respectable.

“Rise to the top by controlling magazine content!”

Always seek knowledge. Don't waste time and money doing things on your own. Trial and error can be extremely costly, ruffle your feathers, and make you want to quit. Instead, seek out people that can analyze your business. They have an outside perspective that can recognize what doesn't work.

Find mentors and partners that can help you fix your business problems. Pay them for their time. Read their material such as their books, teleseminars, and courses. If you want to grow your business and keep your head above water then you can't be your own island.

If you want to stand out from the crowd you need to something very unique and different. You can't blend in with your competitors. If you don't have name recognition then customers will choose your competitor's products over yours. You need to utilize marketing tools in a specific, strategic manner in order to gain credibility and familiarity with your customers and potential customers.

What marketing techniques can you use to stand out? One example, you can seek out the cover spot of magazines in your niche. If you are on the cover of a magazine you will earn instant credibility. This credibility is a powerful tool that will enable you to rise above your competitors.

The key is to have control over what is written about you in magazines. If you leave the writing up to a magazine journalist then you are putting yourself in danger. Why? The magazine journalist has control. They can write what they want about you and often times it is wrong. Therefore, you should write the content yourself. This will give you control.

It is also critical to you don't sound like a salesman in your article. Why not? If you have a direct sales pitch then, by law, the magazine must have the word "advertisement" at the top of your article. This is detrimental to your credibility and people won't take you as seriously. They will feel that they are being sold to. This will turn away customers.

What should write about in your content? You need to give information about what you know. You need to teach your readers. Make readers feel like they have learned something from your article. Learning this information is perceived as high value. Customers will feel that you are not out to take their money. Instead, you are there to help them.

Can you incorporate any of your sales pitch into your magazine article content? Yes. You can do this in the bio section. Usually at the bottom of the article is a small box with your bio. Put your name and website in the bio. Also make sure to put a call to action in the bio. This call to action is your indirect sales pitch.

“Are you a Ladder or Treadmill Entrepreneur?”

Did you know that once people seriously decide that they want to make a huge change in their business it will often happen within 90 days? This decision has to be expressed either verbally or written for this result to happen. It is possible. So make your serious decision today that you are going to start and run your own Internet business.

There are two types of entrepreneurs: Treadmill entrepreneurs and Ladder entrepreneurs. Treadmill entrepreneurs work hard all there lives and nothing really happens. Ladder entrepreneurs work by increasing their effort on a consistent basis.

Think about it this way. Look at how much you charge per hour. Are you charging this rate based on the physical amount of time or is it based on the leverage you have to provide? For example, consultants who have expertise in a desired area can charge far higher rates per hour because they are leverage their knowledge, skills, and experience. These types of entrepreneurs are ladder entrepreneurs in that they realize their time is worth more because of their expertise.

Tip: You want to be a ladder entrepreneur.

Making decisions that advance you forward are uncomfortable. You have to overcome this uncomfortable feeling if you want to accomplish your goals. Don't be afraid of the obstacles or new ventures. Instead, embrace them and your business will grow like crazy. You will be glad that you made the effort to try new things. Do note that you should never stop growing. You will always have new obstacles and uncomfortable situations to overcome. That is part of what makes running your own business exciting and profitable.

Be prepared for growth and success. Many new Internet entrepreneurs go full force into their Internet business. This is good except too often they experience quick massive growth that they were not prepared for. If you aren't ready to deal with success then your Internet business and reputation could suffer. For example, you may do such a great job at marketing that your first product launch brings in thousands of orders. However, your fulfillment department can't handle all the orders. You have to plan ahead for massive growth so you can handle it like a star player when it comes your way.

Following this wisdom and you will create a rock solid, profitable Internet business.

“3 Mistakes that could Cripple your Internet Business”

Having an Internet business is exciting. However, don't forget to keep learning or your excitement could quickly turn to despair when you make mistakes. What are common Internet business mistakes? There are several mistakes that you can fall prey to if you aren't careful. Keep reading to find out how to identify and avoid these three Internet business mistakes.

Internet Business Mistake 1: 99% of people focus on their product and their delivery service. They neglect their sales pitch. You need to understand ways to communicate to people so that they will listen to you instead of your competition. And you not only want them to listen to you, but you want them to follow through and buy your products and services.

Internet Business Mistake 2: People focus too much on the technology of marketing. For example, they try to make their sales letters and website flashy. This is a mistake. The psychology of marketing is more important. The psychological techniques used for decades in traditional direct response marketing hold true for the Internet as well. You have to understand how to connect with your potential and current customers.

Internet Business Mistake 3: People focus too much on the product. It is not what product you create, but how you package the product. It is how you convey the value of the product you offer. Be careful that the value you offer in the sales letter matches what the product.

For example, don't write an exaggerated sales letter just to get sales. Customers may by your product based on this sales letter, but then they will be extremely disappointed when the product doesn't live up to their expectations. Instead, you should create a product that over delivers on any promises and claims you made in the sales letter. This will result in a happy customer that will then buy even more products from you.

“6 Top Business Mistakes”

6 Top Business Mistakes:

Business Mistake 1: People don't have a marketing mindset. They undervalue the value of marketing. It doesn't matter if you are people person or computer savvy. If you have no clients to sell to then you aren't going to make money. Marketing is the fuel that enables you to drive the car of your Internet business.

You should also understand marketing and not simply outsource it. You can outsource the actual physical tasks, but you should understand the concepts behind the marketing. This will enable you to keep tabs on your marketing efforts and make sure that you are on track to success.

Business Mistake 2: People that are transaction marketers instead of relationship marketers. Too many people focus on selling one product to a customer. The more lucrative and easier method is to build a relationship with a customer so they continue to buy from you over and over.

You can maximize profits through relationships. For example, you can have a membership website that not only builds your relationships with your clients, but also earns you recurring income each month.

Business Mistake 3: People think that name recognition is more powerful than direct response marketing. This is a fallacy. Your goal is to receive a response. In other words, you want people to buy your products and not just think that you are a celebrity.

Business Mistake 4: People don't understand the difference between marketing and selling. Selling is something you do on the phone or in a face to face meeting. Marketing is what you do to get people on the phone with you. Marketing enables you to position people so that they are pre-qualified, predisposed, and interested in giving you money. You can do all your selling in advance with the right type of marketing message.

Business Mistake 5: People don't understand the value of a message. Think about money. A $1 and a $5 bill use the same type of paper, but they give completely different messages. One bill is worth more than other bill. The Internet is like the type of paper. Your message is like the monetary value of the bill. Do you convey a $1 message or a $5 message?

Business Mistake 6: People don't convey practical information in their marketing and advertisements. They spend too much time creating a pretty logo and boasting claims. They don't realize that you will reel in more customers if you provide them with information they can use and are interested in.

"Step by step instructions from 43 millionaires"

I remember driving through an ultra expensive neighborhood and wondering, "What do these people do and how can I figure out what they know?"

Perhaps you've had a similar thought too.

Well, it's exactly this kind of thought that led to publishing a magazine called "Millionaire Blueprints".

Perhaps you've seen it on the newsstands since it's an award winning publication!

Imagine what it would be like to sit down to a cup of tea and have an informal conversation with the residents of those houses?

What if you could ask each millionaire on that block what they did EXACTLY to make their millions? And what if they told you step-by-step?

Would you listen?

Would you take notes?

You can bet I would.

And that's exactly what Millionaire Blueprints magazine does every month. Not just once but hundreds of times. But this note isn't about the magazine

(though I do highly recommend it).

It's about a new book called "Prepare to be a Millionaire" where 43 of the all-time best blueprintsfrom the magazine have been pulled out for you.

“Get that response!”

What is direct response marketing? Direct response marketing can occur in both the offline and online venues. Direct response marketing in the offline venue is composed of pieces mailed to your home. These pieces are most often referred to as junk mail. Direct response marketing in the online venue is composed of sales letter on Internet business websites as well as sales copy on websites, emails, and voice broadcasts.

The purpose of direct response marketing is to get your name out to potential customers and to also illicit a response in return. In the online world you can use the same formulaic techniques that have worked for years in the offline world.

You can learn through the school of hard knocks or you can learn through the experiences of others. Which learning method do you think is easier? The school of hard knocks involves figuring things out on your own and making mistakes. This is a difficult way to learn, hence the name “hard” knocks.

Learning from the experiences of others, on the other hand, is much easier. You can take advantage of the experience and wisdom gained by people that have gone in the same footsteps before you. You can snap up this information through reading books, listening to teleseminars, attending seminars, and the list goes on and on. The key is to find a proven system that works. Then follow the system and duplicate the same successful results as the system creator.

ELF Marketing: Easy, lucrative, and fun.
There are tons of ways to make money in the world. You can run a hard, frustrating business that is lucrative. You can also run a business that is easy, lucrative, and fun. You can turn a hard, frustrating business into an easy, lucrative, and fun business.

How do you convert your business into an easy, lucrative, and fun business? Examine each business task that you do. Is the task hard and frustrating? If so, write it down. Then seek out information about how to make this task easy, lucrative, and fun. You can find this information more easily than you think because many people have been in the same situation before you. Use their experience and systems to benefit your business right now and turn it into a great business.

Warmest regards,

Matt Bacak

“What type of topic should a public speaker talk about?”

If you have information that people can make money with or save money with it then it is a monetary topic. If they can't make money or save money with that topic then it is a non-monetary topic. Every presentation topic fits in one of these two categories.

So which topic should you speak about as a public speaker? Before I give you the answer, first take a moment to think about it. If you were in the audience would you want to listen about a topic that will make you money or a topic that has no financial potential? Of course you want to listen to content that will make you money. Therefore, as a public speaker you should speak about a monetary topic because that is what people wan to hear. In addition, you will earn more money. You can sell things for a much higher price because of the higher perceived value of your speech.

How can you turn non-monetary topics into monetary topics? Let's look at golf. The topic of golf is a non-monetary topic. You can turn golf into a monetary topic by teaching people how to increase their business through golf or a similar angle. You can then charge more money because you will be training people how to expand their business through golf or their golf business.

Tip: Basically, your public speaking and training should be considered an investment and not just an expense. If you can convey that your training is valuable and a great investment then you will earn more money from your audience plain and simple.

Training is highly lucrative because the top Internet business gurus know that continuing education is the secret to success. They invest thousands of dollars each year in continuing education. Your public speaking can be continuing education that people flock to every year. At the same time you should keep learning as well. The more you know, the more you can contribute in your public speaking, and the higher value your public speaking will garner. Continuing training is your best friend in more ways then one as both a public speaker and a listener in the audience.

Matt Bacak

“What type of public speaker are you?”

There are three categories of people that make excellent speakers. Which type of speaker are you?

Public Speaker Category 1: The Authority. If you know a lot about a subject then you can become an authority speaker. If you have proven yourself then you can be an authority. When you are an authority then everybody wants you to speak.

But what if you aren't an authority on anything? Not to worry. You can be a person in the next category.

Public Speaker Category 2: The Reporter. A reporter means that you wear a different hat when you are speaking. Instead of telling people how you did things, you tell people about what you learned from the authority speakers. You can also craft books and products that gather the teachings of all the authorities into one resource. You simply report what you have learned from others.

But wait, I'm not an authority or a report. Then category three may be for you.

Public Speaker Category 3: The Student. This is a person that everyone can relate to.

You need to find the public speaker category that best fits your current situation, personality, and desires. How do you now if you are an authority or not? You can go to the library and check out an Idiot's guide. Look at the table of contents for the Idiot's guide on your content. Can you talk about all the topics in the table of contents? If so then you are an authority. You can also use this table of contents to structure the flow of your presentation on the topic.

As a public speaker one of your goals is to plant seed of ideas in your audience. You teach people and plant ideas into their brains. These ideas grow into flowers that will result in future sales for you. Public speaking is extremely powerful.

Public speaking is also a prime venue for creating joint ventures. You may have people in your audience that are potential business partners and life long friends or both. By speaking to a mass audience you have the opportunity to showcase yourself and your business. It is an excellent and effective way to reel in lucrative joint venture partners.

“Which phase are you in?”

What are the four phases of a typical professional career? Read on to find out. You will recognize these phases as you go through all of them.

Phase 1: You have a job in a corporation or something similar. You trade time for money. You most likely hate your job.

Phase 2: You learn about Internet business opportunities on the side. You invest in education through attending seminars and buying information products. You are scared about investing too much money in this education. You skimp and save on your education which slows down your future success.

Then one day it dawns on you that you have to invest more in education because in the long term you will earn much more than your initial investment. So you go to the seminars. You also start earning money on the Internet.

As you are learning the skills and concepts that you take you to the next level on the Internet, people will look at you as a pioneer. You have to go with the idea that you want to grow your Internet business.

Phase 3: You teach people how you made money on the Internet in phase 2. You can enjoy a sharp jump income when you teach other people. For example, you can run your own seminars and engage in public speaking.

It doesn't matter what type of Internet business you participate in. You have to follow the same business principles. The first principle is to over deliver. Over delivering will grow your seminars by leaps and bounds because people will be thrilled with the education they learned. They learned much more than they expected.

The second business principle is to invest your money in something that goes up in value. Don't just spend your money. Instead invest it in business education and products that will increase your overall value. Sometimes the value won't increase until far in the future, but the investment is worth it if it increases your value at all.

Phase 4: You show people how you accomplished and went through the first three phases of your life. You go into depth to show everyone how they can model and duplicate your results for themselves. You sell high ticket items from the public speaking platform. There is a huge audience of people that want to learn what you do and how you got to your current success.

Which phase are you in?

“4 Principles of Public Speaking”

What is the most profitable skill in the world? It is the ability to step in front of an audience and sell them something. Remember, nobody likes to feel like they are being sold to, but people like to learn. So the key to public speaking is to teach people valuable information that they are excited about. Teaching them this content can lead to more sales than an in your face sales presentation.

Did you know that you can earn a seven figure income through public speaking? Yes, it's possible. If you are willing to stand up and teach people what you have done in your Internet business or area of expertise, you can earn thousands and millions of dollars of extra cash. If you have succeeded in a specific area then other people will want to learn the secrets of your success.

Public speaking is not only speaking, but selling people your products and services from the stage to a mass audience. For example, you could teach people how to become wealthy. You have to use the following principles in your public speaking regardless of what type of business you are in.

Public Speaking Principle 1: You need to jump into a venture where you can work one time and earn money over and over from that initial work. For example, you can develop your training product once and sell it over and over.

Public Speaking Principle 2: You need to stop selling one person to one person and instead sell one to many. You have to sell to a mass audience. You can accomplish this through public speaking to large audiences.

Public Speaking Principle 3: The value of the content you present can increase the amount of product you sell. If people perceive your content as valuable then they will perceive your products as being valuable as well. So you knock their socks off with your presentation by teaching them highly valuable techniques and information. Then you swoop in and sell them your products so they can learn further about your area of expertise.

Public Speaking Principle 4: Spend your time working on things that go up in value versus things that go down in value. Take your checks that you wrote last year and put them in a pile. Then separate the pile into two smaller piles. The first pile will contain checks that were written for items that increased your value. The second pile will contain checks that were written for items that decreased in value. You will often find that the pile for increase in value is much smaller. Plus, this pile will contain checks written for education. Education in your niche area and Internet business tends to increase in value as you apply the principles you learn through this continuing education.

“Slash your Tax Bill through Business Expenses”

Why don't people treat their Internet business as a legitimate business? Internet businesses don't fall into the common perception of business. We were taught that you had to work hard for your money and commute to an office. Many people don't comprehend that working from home in their pajamas is a legitimate business. You have to perceive your Internet business as a business.

An example of perceiving your Internet business as a business is to keep track of your receipts. Think about it this way. If you bought pens, papers, and office supplies for a corporate employer you would send your employer the receipts for reimbursement. The same applies to your Internet business, except you consider these business expenses and apply them to your tax liability. You have to make sure to keep organized, accurate records of all your receipts.

Not sure what you can consider as a business expense in your Internet business? There are a host of business expenses you can take. You can deduct office supplies, software, and books for example. You can take business deductions for items that are necessary for your Internet business. Double check with a tax professional and consult the IRS tax forms from http://www.irs.gov.

Did you know that the single biggest expense you will encounter is your tax bill? This is true for most people because they don't take advantage of legal tax minimization techniques.

Basically, there are two different tax systems in America. There is a tax system for the educated and there is a tax system for the uneducated. Educated and uneducated refers to how much the person knows about tax planning.

Those that are educated about tax planning take all the legal tax deductions they possibly can and slash their taxes significantly. Those that don't take these legal tax deductions often pay far more in taxes than is necessary. They are losing money because they don't understand how to take advantage of the tax laws that the government has provided for them.

Did you know that a tax accountant is different from an accountant? You need to go to a tax accountant because they specialize in taxes. Don't just go to an account because they may give you information that doesn't work to your advantage. The same thing applies to an attorney versus a tax attorney. It is important to note also that you might receive different opinions and strategies from tax accountants and tax attorneys.

“Going to Explode? 3 Tax Mistakes to Avoid.”

Have you already started your business? If you have already started your business then it is imperative that you seek out the skills and services of a tax professional immediately if you haven't already done so. You could not only be missing out on tax savings, but committing tax blunders even though you don't realize it. Don't wait. Take action now and make sure your tax planning is in proper order. This will shield your from headaches down the road.

A major reason to have proper tax planning set up from the beginning is that Internet businesses often explode in income quickly. For example, you may make thousands or even millions of dollars quickly if you have a great product and/or marketing. If you don't have your finances and tax planning in order then you could sink in disorganized finances. You may face tax penalties if you don't know how to deal with the sudden inflow of cash.

What are the top three mistakes people commonly make when they structure their business?

Mistake 1: Procrastination. It's not that people plan to fail, it's that they fail to plan. They don't structure their tax planning. For example, they can face penalties because they didn't pay estimated taxes. Plus, their tax bill can be staggering if they didn't pay estimated taxes throughout the year. This can be a nasty wake up call.

Mistake 2: They don't realize their true potential. People are often blown away at how fast and how much money they can make in an Internet business. An Internet business is a totally different animal when it comes to the speed of growth compared to a brick and mortar business. Many people find themselves losing control over the amount of money they have made. They underestimate how much they will make.

Mistake 3: They fail to realize that they have to keep these formalities. You have to treat your Internet venture as a business. Don't consider it a hobby. You have to change the way you think of expenses. Instead of personal expenses, you should try to find as many business expenses as you can. Business expenses enable you to lower your liability. If you don't treat your expenses as business expenses, in the proper categories, then you will miss out on thousands of dollars of tax savings.

“Plug up those financial leaks in your Internet business!”

Financial success in business is not how much money you make, but how much money you keep. This doesn’t mean that you save all the money you make and don’t spend anything. It means that you should plug up some of the financial leaks in your business so you are not losing money that you don’t need to lose. For example, with the right knowledge you can slash your taxes significantly. Saving on taxes is an excellent way to keep more of the money you earn.

Proper tax planning is critically important. Too often businesses are afraid of dealing with taxes. They mistakenly believe that they won’t understand the ins and outs of business taxes. This is a fallacy. You can and should learn about proper tax planning or you could be losing out on thousands of dollars. You can consult a tax attorney to help you out. The key is to jump into tax planning information and understand it so you can save more of the money that you earn.

Many people are also amazed at how much you can slash your taxes. They automatically think that these tax cutting techniques are questionable or illegal. This is not the case. The government wants businesses to succeed. They have actually provided tax laws that benefit your business if you know that these tax laws exist. Therefore, you can dramatically cut your tax bill if you know the tax laws and how to take advantage of them. And of course you will only engage in legal actions.

What is the best way to engage in proper tax planning? You should set up your business properly from the beginning. It is much easier to stay out of trouble then it is to get out of trouble. Therefore, you should learn tax laws that you can utilize from the get go. You should understand how to allocate your finances towards taxes and asset protection. It is better to be over informed then uninformed. So consult a tax attorney or tax professional right from the beginning.

Matt Bacak

“What’s your excuse?”

Is your Internet business failing? Ask yourself why this is happening. It could be that you know what you should do, but you just aren't doing it. Ask yourself why you haven't taken action. Is it fear or rejection? Is it fear of success? Remember, successful people do what unsuccessful people aren't willing to do.

If you are stuck or failing then write out the reasons why you are not succeeding on paper. This helps to make your excuses concrete. This is the first step in solving your problems.

Typical excuses include:

Excuse 1: "I don't have enough time." Forget this excuses because you can start and work on an Internet business in as little as five minutes per day. It may take longer to reach success, but you can still make significant changes if you stick to it. Wake up an hour earlier or go to bed an hour later. Do you watch TV? If you do then you have time to work on an Internet business. Simply replace all or some of your TV time with time spent on your Internet business.

Excuse 2: "Starting an Internet business is too overwhelming." Take it one bite at a time. Spend five minutes each day. Work in small bite size chunks. Anybody can work for five minutes. These short segments make any task achievable.

Excuse 3: "I just don't understand how the Internet works." Many people who use this excuse haven't spent anytime researching and learning about the Internet. There is a bounty of resources available to you on the Internet that spell out the inner workings of an Internet business. The learning curve is very short because you can just model proven systems. Once you learn the system once, it is up to you how fast you want to duplicate the system.

Excuse 4: "I don't know how to do marketing because I'm not creative." You do not have to be creative with marketing. In fact, you should follow the model of successful marketers. Don't reinvent the marketing wheel because you will make mistakes and lose time and money. Instead, find out what worked for the top Internet businesses and use these marketing techniques. The marketing information, models, tips, and techniques are all available to you waiting to be learned and applied to your Internet business.

So drop your excuses and get started on your Internet business right now!

“Stay ahead in the marketplace with these cutting edge techniques.”

When it comes to your opt-in page, cutting edge techniques will amaze you. Examples of cutting edge techniques include Internet businesses that will cater more to the customer. You will give the customer what they want as opposed to just selling your product to them. This applies to the opt-in page in that more information will be asked on the opt-in page then was asked in the past. For example, people will be asked for their age, state, phone number, etc. in addition to their name and primary email address.

Why ask for the phone number? You can find out where people live. Plus, you can get people on the phone and speak with them directly. You can also send out a voice blast that has announcements about your website, business, and products.

For example, let’s say that a customer signed up for your teleseminar list. The day after the teleseminar you can send a voice blast to them that tells them about a website you set up just for them. Give them the website address and tell them how they can get more free stuff and buy products on this website. It has been found that this follow up phone call increases sales.

Tip: When you give away bonus gifts they have to have real world value. Don’t give away crap that people can get for free somewhere else on the Internet. Give them items that you create or that could actually be sold.

Also make sure to implement scarcity in your offers. During the voice blast you can explain that the special website will only be available for 24 hours. Or you can give this 24 hour offer during the teleseminar. Your phone call the next day will prompt any people to buy that had initially been dragging their feet on the offer. This is a powerful technique. Your sales conversion will dramatically increase.

Let’s look at the sales letter. You can personalize the sales letter based on information you obtained when people opted in to your list. For example, you can ask people for the state they live in when they sign up for your list. Then you can set up technology that plugs in their state in the sales letter. Your sales letter headline can say “Offer for people from (state)”. Sales conversion usually increases as the sales letter is more personalized. You can also use the extra information in emails and other forms of communication with your customer.

Do note that your opt-in list sign up rate may falter when you ask more information. If you ask for too much information then you may scare people away. The only way to find out is to test it. Modify how much information, and the type of information you ask, on your opt-in list and see how it affects your list sign up rates.

Matt Bacak

“6 Powerful Opt-In List Building Techniques”

What techniques can you use to get people to sign up for your opt-in list?

List Technique #1: Tell people what to expect when they click the submit button on your website and are added to your list. It is the law of expectation. People are less likely to click on the submit button if they have no idea what they are going to get in return.

List Technique #2: Tell people exactly what you want them to do. Tell them that you want them to type in their name and primary email address. Tell them to then hit the submit button. Use direct language.

List Technique #3: Don’t be shy. Ask for what you want. Don’t be scared of offending somebody by asking them to sign up for your list and to buy your products. You need to cater to as many audiences as possible. Be careful about the words you choose, but still be more forceful. On the Internet you have to be more direct and forceful because you are not face to face with the customer.

List Technique #4: Also take customer replies with a grain of salt. Let’s say that you have a pop up on your website. You may have somebody write you because they are mad about the pop ups. They may write a long letter about how pushy you are. Remember that is just one person’s opinion. Don’t feel bad and don’t let it deter your efforts. It is impossible to please everybody all the time. Plus, 99% of your list might love the pop ups!

List Technique #5: Another technique that works is to put a red box around the submit button. This draws the focus of attention to submit button and signing up for the list.

List Technique #6: Remember to ask for the “primary” email address. Many people have several email addresses and you want to contact them through the email address that they use most often. Plus, you want to prevent them from typing in a fake or hardly-used web email address.

Follow these list building techniques and you will have a quality list in no time.

“Set your website apart from the crowd with this technology.”

Your sales letter sits in front of you. You marvel at the direct response marketing techniques you have used in the sales letter copy. You know that the sales letter copy should not be filled with fancy technology, but part of you wants to use cutting edge technology anyway. You understand that you have to have a sales letter that relies on marketing fundamentals, but what technology can you incorporate on your website?

Your Internet business website will benefit from audio and video components. For example, you should have a video that automatically plays when people come to your website.

Audio and video have several benefits. They enable a person to hear and see you which builds a deeper trust much faster than through simple text. Some people may feel that audio and video that automatically plays on your website is annoying. You can actually use this annoyance to your advantage. How? People will want to stop the audio and video and the only way to do that is to sign up for your list. So bingo! You have them on your opt-in list.

Not sure if you want to use audio, video, or both on your website? Just ask your list and observe your conversion rates. Use other people's opinions as a guideline, but the real proof is in the conversion pudding. Your best bet is to test both audio and video. Test out an audio clip and see how many people opt-in to your list based on this clip. Then test out a video clip and see how many people opt-in to your list.

Video and audio on a website is completely useless unless you have a specific purpose. Don't just tell people that you have nice products. Instead, welcome people to your website, tell them who you are, offer free bonuses (bribe), and then instruct them how to sign up for your list.

“The Secret of the Forced Sales Letter”

People think that Internet businesses are all about technology. They think that fancy technology is more important that solid marketing techniques. They are wrong. Dead wrong. Technology can only enhance the fundamentals of good marketing. If you don't have good marketing practices already established then any technologies you implement will only amplify what you are doing right and what you are doing wrong. Therefore, if you are do anything wrong it will stand out like a sore thumb and slow down your Internet business.

An example of fundamental marketing that is time tested is the sales letter. You need to have a sales letter on your website. Utilize the techniques of direct response marketing and traditional marketing in your sales letter. Your sales letter doesn't have to rely on fancy technology techniques. In fact, fancy technology can be distracting. Stick to the components of a classic sales letter.

The key is to build an opt-in list of people that are allowed to see your sales letter. You can achieve this by asking for people's name and email address before you let them receive any free bonuses you have to offer. Plus, after you have obtained their name and email address you should send them directly to your sales letter. This type of sales letter is called a forced sales letter because you make them read and view it before you give them the free items you promised.

Why show your sales letter only to people that sign up for your list? It's simple. You don't want everyone to see your sales letter. You only want qualified leads to see your sales letter. This allows you to avoid any tire kickers that won't buy your products anyway.

People that signed up for your opt-in list are qualified leads because they took the time to sign up for your list and demonstrated that they trusted you enough to give you their information. These are the type of people that are apt to become long, paying, satisfied customers.

Warmest regards,

Matt Bacak

“How much money do you keep?”

Did you know that you can double your online sales in no time at all? You can accomplish this quickly. How? If you follow the tips and tricks of the top marketing minds in an online setting then you can reap the rewards of a soaring profit.

So many people talk about making money on the Internet. They focus solely on earning money online, but they neglect to figure out what they are going to do with this money. The real secret of making big money online is focusing not on how much money you make, but how much money you keep.

For example, you could earn $100,000 in revenues which sounds great, right? However, your overhead, expenses, and taxes may come to $99,000. This means that you really only made $1,000 in actual profit. This demonstrates that you have to focus on how much money you get to keep. You have to figure out how to slash your taxes and minimize your expenses.

Also remember that you are not an island. You can't create a cutting edge, top of the heap Internet business by yourself. You need to surround yourself with people that will help you achieve your goals. By working with other people you will skyrocket your success level and minimize the time it takes to achieve your goals.

For example, you can outsource technical tasks to freelancers. You can work with a tax attorney to slash your taxes. You can attend seminars and learn from the big wig Internet marketers so you can avoid making costly and time zapping mistakes.

Joint ventures are extremely powerful. Joint ventures enable you to work with another person, group, or business to sell and promote your products. You pool each other's resources and lists so you both make more money than if you worked alone. You can find joint venture partners through word of mouth and research. Scope out people that have complementary products to yours and contact them.

What is the best way to find a joint venture? Attend seminars. Attend seminars and conferences where you will meet like minded people. Seek out people that are knowledgeable and run their Internet business is a lucrative manner. By meeting potential joint venture partners face to face, you will have a better feel for who they are. Plus, it is easier to seal the deal on a joint venture when you meet face to face.

These are just a few of the ways to increase the amount of money you keep from your Internet business.

Warmest regards,

Matt Bacak

"Spit Out Profits"

http://www.promotingtips.com/traffic.htm

I have to say that yesterday's
email was a little over the top
I was just trying to mix it up
a little with my emails.

Did I write it?

I hate to say it... but yes because
your competitors will go mad and be jealous
when everywhere they go on the internet
they see you or your company.

Imagine them going to bed and wondering
how you are just all over the place...

Top Pages on Google
Top Pages on Yahoo
Top Pages on MSN

Videos, Articles, and Audios everywhere.

While you are just sleeping soundly.

You see...

The way I see it, you send traffic to a site and
it spits out profits, it's as simple as that.

A while back I created a process or a
method that does exactly that then...

...found someone to do it everyday for me.

I asked him to tell you step-by-step
exactly what I have him doing for me so
that you can do it in your business.

Here's the deal.

This Thursday night at 9:00pm EST, I'm
doing a special telecall having this guy,
I call him my traffic magician to share
with you everything...

Go below and register for the call:

http://www.promotingtips.com/traffic.htm

But, better hurry because yesterday's
cheesy email actually worked and we are
running out of lines for this call.

“Don’t fall for these 4 Website Traffic Mistakes”

You can have the greatest website in the world, but if nobody knows about it then you will fail. It's like having a billboard in the desert that nobody sees.

Not all website traffic is created equal. There is general traffic and targeted traffic. General traffic will have a low sales conversion of 1% or less. Targeted traffic often yields a much higher sales conversion rate of 4% and higher. Most websites rely on general traffic and have a pitiful sales conversion rate of 0.5%.

Four common things that people fall for when they go online:

1. They think that high conversion rates are the norm. You will not get 10% or higher sales conversion all the time. This is virtually impossible.

2. They spend money on unnecessary website traffic programs. Programs and websites that claim they can send you thousands of website visitors within 24 hours are garbage. They might send you traffic, but it is general traffic full of people that won't buy anything. You will waste your money on these website traffic programs.

3. They are happy with general traffic. This is a mistake. Instead, focus on obtaining targeted traffic. It is not the quantity of traffic your website receives, but the quality. You want people who are eager and hungry for your niche and the products you create.

4. They don't care about the quality of the their website visitors. The quality of your website visitors determines how much money you will make. It will determine how many sales you make, how many repeat customers you have, and so on.

The best type of traffic method is through referrals. You can generate referrals by running your own affiliate program. Try to set one up if you can. You set up your own affiliate program through websites such as Clickbank. Clickbank will deal with payment and the details for you. This is an affordable and easy way to create your own affiliate program. In the future, you can run your own affiliate program using 1ShoppingCart.

If you need to generate targeted website traffic within minutes then use pay-per-click advertising. Pay-per-click advertising means you run ads on other people's websites. You can accomplish this through Google AdWords. Your advertisement appears on related websites. Your advertisement will have a link. People click on this link and are sent to your website. You pay each time a website visitor actually clicks on your Google Ad link.

Tip: Go to the website http://www.payperclicksearchengines.com. This is a great resource to use to find out about different pay-per-click search engines. You can learn more about pay-per-click advertising about reviews of the different programs.

“SEO is NOT the quickest way to get website traffic.”

What is the quickest way to drive traffic to your website? Search engine optimization is not the quickest way to drive traffic to your website. You can use search engine optimization programs to drive traffic to your website, but it is not the fastest tool. SEO is not something that will bring traffic to your website overnight. It will take you months to realize the full benefits of search engine optimization.

In addition, search engine optimization is time consuming and labor intensive. Just when you think that you have figured out all the rules and tricks of search engines, they will change their rules on you. Therefore, SEO is beneficial, but not the best way to obtain traffic.

The quickest way to drive to your website is through pay-per-click advertising. The best program to use is Google AdWords. You can literally drive traffic to your website within five to ten minutes using Google AdWords.

How can you maximize your Google AdWords campaign? Set up your Google AdWords account. Then set up your keywords. Google has tools that enable you to create a huge number of keywords. You can dictate to Google how much money you are willing to spend on a daily basis. This will be the limit your spend on Google AdWords each day. You can modify this level at any time.

It is important to note that some keywords cost more than others because they have a higher value. Start of at $0.06 as your bid per keyword. $0.06 is one step higher than the minimum. This will let you win the keyword most of the time because the majority of people bid the keyword at the minimum level which is $0.05.

How much does a keyword bid really cost you? If you have 100 visitors to your website that you will pay $0.06 * 100 = $6.00. You will pay $6.00 to Google. However, let's say you earn $100 from these visitors because they buy your products. Your profit is then $100 - $6 = $94.

What about the higher bids per keyword? Let's say somebody bid a high $6 for a keyword. If they had a 100 visitors to their website through this keyword then they owe Google $600. Wow! They need to sell a huge number of high ticket items to make any profit.

The lesson is that you should know your numbers. Figure out how much you spend per keyword, how many people click on this keyword, and how many of these people actually buy your products. This way you can determine your profit, if any, and figure out if you are bidding the right amount in Google AdWords on the keyword or keywords.

Be careful about the keywords you choose. You are not in the business to have as much traffic come to your website as possible. You shouldn't care about the hit counter on your website. The key is to have as much "targeted" traffic as possible. Targeted traffic is much more likely to buy your products and that is the whole point, right? If you want to make money then it should targeted traffic should be your mantra.

Testing and tracking your business numbers should be ingrained in your psyche. Your Google AdWords program is no exception. Test and tweak the ads you run in Google AdWords. Test the words, grammar, and punctuation to see how it affects the click through rate and sales conversion. Google AdWords has tools that enable you to run split tests and figure out which ads are the most profitable.

Matt Bacak

“Create your own eBook in 48 hours or less!”

Did you know that 99% of all eBooks are created incorrectly? Too many Internet businesses have no idea how to create an eBook. They don't have the knowledge in order to take an eBook and create it the right way.

How do you create an eBook correctly? Look to a standard hard copy book for guidance. How is the book formatted? What is the layout? What content is covered? How are the topics structured? Use this as a guide to write and format your eBook. If you want your eBook to be perceived as a high value product then use the same standards as a traditional hard copy book.

Seek out the opinions and suggestions about your eBook from people that you respect. Don't just ask your family members. Ask people that have business acumen and an expertise level that you respect. You need an objective point of view. You need somebody to be brutally honest with you and will give you the straight up opinion about your eBook. Ask them to tell you how to make your eBook better and how to get it to stand out from the crowd.

The first page of your book is the first impression that your customer will have about the eBook. Your first page must grab your reader and wow them. If you neglect the first page then your eBook may be tossed in the virtual trash bin at the hands of an annoyed customer.

What content should you put in your eBook? Let's say that you wanted to write an eBook on acne. You might not be an acne expert, but have found a niche market for this eBook and accompanying products. You don't have to write acne content from scratch. Instead, you can compile information already written about acne.

Here's how to compile information and create your own eBook within 48 hours:
Step 1: Go to the Internet and type in the term "acne articles".
Step 2: Highlight the entire article including the resource box at the bottom of the article. Do this for several articles.
Step 3: Use the bio box to contact the author each article. Tell each author that you are writing an acne eBook and wanted to use their article. Explain that you will include their bio and link to their website. Therefore, it is free advertising for them.
Step 4: Craft the eBook by compiling the articles that have permission from the authors.
Step 5: Turn the word document into a PDF file.
Step 6: Your eBook is done!

Tip: Don't spend time thinking about your eBook. If you think too much then you will impede your process. You will complicate things which results in laziness and a resistance to finishing the eBook. If you can't compile and craft your eBook in 48 hours or less than you are thinking too much. Just do it and don't think! Don't overcomplicate things.

Matt Bacak

“How to create your first product today!”

Let’s face the facts. You are in an Internet business to make money. Yes, you also want a flexible schedule and to be your own boss. However, making money is your number one goal. So how do you make money in your Internet business? Where should you start? Keep reading to find out.

Before you can make money online you need to have a product to market. The product can be your own product or somebody else’s product. If you sell your own product then you can keep 100% of the profit. If you sell somebody else’s product, through an affiliate program, then you will earn part of the profit.

Let’s say that you are going to sell your own product. How can you create this product? The easiest way to create a product is to conduct a teleseminar. A teleseminar enables you to create content quickly and easily. You can provide information that you and/or you can interview experts on the topic.

Make sure to record the teleseminar. You can turn this recording into other products such as CDs, eBooks, and reports. Simply have a freelancer transcribe your teleseminar. You can garner far more value from repurposing your content. This is a great way to not only craft your first product, but also many products in your future.

Tip: Many people don’t modify the transcript of the teleseminar. If the transcript sounds exactly like the teleseminar then it can be cumbersome. Instead, turn your transcript into a book. Edit it. Go through and find spots where you could add more information. This will add value to it. Plus, people who listened to the teleseminar will find more value in the new information that you added to this hard copy version.

Tip: Your hard copy format should be in 10pt or 12 pt font. Spacing between the paragraphs should be 1.5 inches. Don’t make the formatting bigger just trying to get more pages. You should create more pages through more content, not through formatting. If you have a huge font and a lot white space then your product will look cheap and a result will be unhappy customers.

So get started on your first teleseminar today. You will be on your way to making money online in no time flat.

Warmest regards,

Matt Bacak

“Do you act like your Internet business mentor?”

Imagine this. You spent days or even weeks sifting through all the mentors available to you. You have targeted the top mentors in your niche. You settled on one mentor that you can trust. This mentor has a legitimately successful business. This mentor definitely makes more money then you. Plus, they have provided legitimate proof that shows they make the amount of money that they claim. You’ve selected the mentor you trust and want to learn from, but what is the next step?

What should you do when you find a mentor? Study everything they do. Read everything they have written. Buy and study their products and services. Take time to analyze the steps and actions they have taken. Watch how they do things. How did they deal with online marketing? Who do they talk to? What seminars do they go to?

Take this a step further by asking why they took certain actions. Make a logical assessment as to why they took a certain action. Overtime you will get to know this individual. You can build a relationship that allows you to email them or call them on the phone. This is relationship is valuable for many reasons.

For example, let’s say that they made a major change in the format of their website. You can send them an email asking them why they changed their website. They may or may not answer. If they do answer then you can find out firsthand the logic behind this website change. You can then determine whether or not the same change would benefit your own Internet business.

When you follow a mentor you reprogram your brain. You think and act like your mentor. You model their choices and behavior. Guess what results from this? You become just like your mentor and often achieve the same level of success. Modeling is very effective. Model your mentor and become your mentor. This will ramp up your level of success for not only the short term, but the long term as well.

Warmest regards,

Matt Bacak

“Do you have what it takes?”

Do you have a solid foundation to build your business from? Wait, what are the components of a solid business foundation? The first component is that you need to think like a successful person. If you want to earn the accolades and income that they have achieved then you need to have the same mindset.

Think about it this way. Have you ever purchased a new car? Once you bought the car did you find that you noticed more of this model of car on the road? The same applies to marketing your own products and running your business. If you have the mindset of a successful business person then you will recognize the keys to success.

How can you gain the mindset of a successful business person? You need to be consciously aware and know what to do. You take action on what you know is the correct thing to do. For example, you analyze the actions you have taken in the past. You organize actions by which actions earned you money and which actions resulted in losing money. You duplicate the actions that earned you money.

Successful business people also implement the knowledge that they have. They don’t simply read about what to do. They are not satisfied by just knowing what they should be doing. They take things a step further and implement the strategies they learned about. They understand that part of learning and growing is through doing. They plunge into their Internet business activities with vigor, curiosity, and confidence.

Successful business people know that they should only listen to people that make more money then they do. Before they trust somebody and/or buy their products, they verify how much money this person has actually made. They sift through the hype and find the real truth. Remember, the definition of success is different for everybody. The rule of thumb, though, is to seek out the advice and wisdom of people that are more successful than you.

Scrutinize everybody you listen to because unfortunately not all people are honest online. They may exaggerate their financial status and/or present it in a skewed manner so their business looks more lucrative then it really is.

So ask yourself: Do you think like a successful business person?

Matt Bacak
